First of all, I really appreciate the direction this project is taking. The concept is interesting, the branding is clean, and the team seems genuinely focused on building something useful for the community rather than rushing features.What I Like So FarThe overall idea and vision behind Hotstuff feels fresh and well thought out.The UI is clean and easy to understand, even for new users.Navigation feels smooth, and the onboarding experience is straightforward.It’s great to see the team actively encouraging community feedback and suggestions — that already builds trust.Suggestions for ImprovementIt would be great to have more in-app tooltips or short explanations for advanced features, especially for users who are new to the platform.A public roadmap (even a simple one) would help the community understand what’s coming next and build long-term confidence.Performance-wise, everything works well, but further optimization for slower connections or mobile users would be a big plus.Adding a dedicated section for announcements/updates inside the platform could help users stay informed without relying only on external channels.Community & EngagementThe community aspect has strong potential. Gamified elements, early-user recognition, or contribution badges could further increase engagement.More transparency around how feedback is reviewed and implemented would motivate users to participate actively.Final ThoughtsOverall, Hotstuff is off to a solid start.
